Terms + Conditions


At this time Reloved is only accepting the following items:      

  • clothing (size 0 - 10 years)       
  • sleepers/pyjamas/sleepwear      
  • sleep sacs      
  • swimwear      
  • coats/jackets/outerwear        
  • shoes/boots/sandals      
  • accessories (hats, gloves, bow ties, headbands etc.)      
  • baby gear (carriers, strollers, high chairs, bassinets, travel gear, diaper bags, bottle warmers etc.)

We do not accept:       

  • children’s undergarments or socks      
  • toys, exersaucers, or books      
  • car seats or booster seats      
  • breast pumps or used nursing gear       
  • pacifiers or bottles  
  • expired or recalled items 
We only accept high quality, current (within the last three years), brand name items. We have the right to refuse or accept any item(s) at our discretion.  

- Brands we do not take: George, Child of Mine, The Children’s Place, Nevada, Cherokee, Joe Fresh, Kirkland, Simply Basic, First Impressions, Koala Baby, Chick Pea, Pekkle, Gerber.
- Brands we try to stay away from (they are harder to sell because of abundance and price point): Carters, Gap, Old Navy, Disney/Avengers/Marvel, Gymboree, Indigobaby. 

- Brands we love: small shop brands, Zara, H&M, Petit Lem, Nordstrom, Converse, Posh & Cozy, UGG, Heyfolks, Kyte Baby, Miles Baby, Wheat Kids, Whistle & Flute, Little & Lively, PK Beans, Beau Hudson, Adidas, Wooly Doodle, Nike, Rowe Kids, Bonds, Nooks Design, Cat & Jack, SOREL, Kickee Pants, L‘oved Baby, Pehr, Aden & Anais, Little Unicorn, BOGS, Hatley, The North Face, MEC, Noppies, Mini Mioche, My Mila, Hanna Andersson, Rylee + Cru, Peek Kids, Patagonia, Tea Collection, Tiny Victory, Vonbon, Vans, Roots. 

We typically only accept in season items (what the mall is selling is what we are selling).  At our discretion and space permitting, we may however take out of season items.

IMPORTANT: All articles of clothing must be washed, folded, and in excellent used condition. Any items with holes, stains, rips, missing buttons or broken zippers, pet hair, or odours will not be accepted. Please do up all snap, buttons, and zippers. All baby gear items must be in excellent working condition with no defects and be clean and sanitized at time of drop off.  ​


Upon receipt of your item(s), Reloved will be fully responsible for assessing each item for style, condition, and brand, and then choosing a price point that is reflective of industry standards. Reloved will be responsible for marketing, selling, and shipping your items. Reloved has the right to use all items for marketing and promotional use on our website and/or social media platforms.

All items are left at the consignor’s risk. We are not responsible for loss and/or damage of items due to theft, fire, flood, or any other act of nature.

Once Reloved has paid for your items (for those items bought up front), we become the sole property owner of each item and items will not be returned to you.  

Reloved pays 40% in cash when an item sells OR 50% in store credit. IMPORTANT: You will choose a payment method when you submit the consignor form, payment method cannot be changed once this has been submitted. 

Pricing is at our discretion; prices are based on demand, brand, condition, seasonality, and inventory. Reloved also reserves the right to, at any time, discount items, include items in store sales, and/or offer customer discount codes, which will decrease the retail price and the amount of money you receive for your item.  

You must indicate on the ‘Consignor Form’ if you wish for your items that we cannot accept or that do not sell to be donated to a charity of our choice or if you wish for them to be returned to you. If this preference changes you must notify us in writing prior to the item's expiry date so that we can update our system. 

If you choose to have your items retuned to you, an email will be sent to you to inform you that your unsold/unaccepted items are available for pick up. You will have 7 days from the day the email is sent to pick up your items. All items remaining after this 7 day period will be donated to a charity of our choice.​

Your selected items will be uploaded to our site within 30-60 business days. Items will remain for sale for approximately 90 days after they are live. If items do not sell within this time period, they will be donated or returned to you, as per your preference.  


It is the consignor’s responsibility to contact Reloved and request payout of an account. Payouts are on demand and in the form of e-transfer to the email on the account only.  Any credit not claimed within twelve (12) months will become the property of Reloved.
